TIFFANY SZYMANSKI, M.S., BCBA, LABA
Kin:pathic cofounder Tiffany Szymanski believes that empathy is a central quality of character and she has devoted much of her professional life to ensuring that this trait is developed, encouraged, and celebrated among her fellow behavior analysts and staff. Accordingly, she instills a compassionate approach to care in the kin:pathic team, whereby each client and family is provided with a non-judgmental, empathetic, and thoughtful therapy experience.
Tiffany has worked as a behavior analyst in a variety of settings, including in-home, center-based, public schools, and private schools. She has served in various director roles but ultimately returned to the entrepreneurial sector to focus on kin:pathic, an agency with a culture of empathy at its core. |
She earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. After recognizing the need for a stronger connection between early educators and the behavioral sciences, she subsequently pursued a Post-Master's Certificate in Early Education, Research, Policy in Practice at University of Massachusetts Boston.
Tiffany values personal as well as professional growth and avidly seeks out opportunities to continue improving herself. Whether it’s participating in tough mudders, traveling to personal development conferences, or indulging in podcasts, she loves exploring new ideas and challenges. Her favorite quote: If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten.
