Supportive team, great work life balance

I love working for kin:pathic. As a clinician, I love that we have a true team here. We all support one another and it’s a very positive work environment. I also have had ample opportunity for career growth and clinical experience in a variety of areas. The ownership team makes professional development a priority, not only providing CE opportunities, but coaching to help grow newer BCBAs. The compassionate, client/family centered approach to services is also wonderful and I feel that I’m able to truly practice ABA here to the best of my abilities and in line with ethical guidelines. Overall a great place to work.

Work life balance with a focus on culture

My experience at Kin:pathic has allowed me to achieve work-life balance and this has been important in reducing stress and fostering a healthier work environment. The management team works hard to (and encourages staff) to create and maintain a positive and inclusive culture. Across the organization, we are able to be part of helping promote open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect among team members. I feel supported in both my professional and personal goals, creating a work environment that is in alignment with my values. If you’re seeking a workplace that values you as an individual and prioritizes a healthy work-life balance, this is a company worth considering.
