Qualifications
- Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly ASD.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in developing evidence-based behavior support plans and implementing skill acquisition targets.
- Experience conducting behavior assessments.
- Experience working directly with clients across either a variety of settings, populations, and/or age groups.
- Participates in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of applied behavior analysis.
