Let’s Take the First Step Together

kin:pathic accepts a variety of insurance plans to make access easier for families.

Don’t see yours listed? Reach out—we’re happy to help verify your coverage and may be able to provide services as an out-of-network provider.

How do I know which service is right for my child?

Our intake team will talk with you about your child’s needs and match you with the best program. Whether you’re new to services or transitioning from another provider, we’ll help guide the way.

How long does it take to start services?

Timelines can vary based on insurance, scheduling, and your child’s needs. After your intake and assessment are complete, we’ll move quickly to get services started and keep you updated every step of the way.

What if my child is already receiving services somewhere else?

We regularly support transitions from other providers. Our team will coordinate with you — and, if needed, your current provider — to ensure a smooth and respectful transition of care.

What happens after my child “graduates” from services?

We’ll work with you to plan for the next step — whether that’s transitioning to school, decreasing service hours, or connecting with other supports. Our goal is to help your child build skills that last beyond therapy.

What does the intake process look like?

It starts with a quick form or call. From there, we’ll schedule an initial consultation, verify insurance, and set up an assessment with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Once that’s complete, we’ll work with you to create a personalized care plan.

Can I tour your center before enrolling?

Absolutely! We encourage families to visit our centers, meet our team, and ask questions before starting. Reach out through the form or call us to set up a visit.

Do I need a diagnosis to get started?

A diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder is required for insurance-covered ABA services. If you don’t yet have a diagnosis, we can help you understand your options and connect with local providers for evaluations.

How involved will I be as a parent or caregiver?

Very! Family involvement is a core part of what we do. We offer parent coaching, regular check-ins, and ongoing support — because your role is essential to your child’s growth and success.
