The People Behind the Progress
kin:pathic was founded by Tiffany Remy and Cylvia Masoni — two behavior analysts whose roots in early childhood education and mental health counseling made them uniquely attuned to the emotional, developmental, and systemic needs of children and families.
We believe meaningful care starts with meaningful people. Whether supporting families, mentoring future clinicians, coordinating complex schedules, or shaping the future of behavior analysis. Our administrative team and BCBAs bring a rich blend of experience, compassion, and creativity to their work.
Tiffany Remy, BCBA
CEO and Founder
Tiffany Remy, BCBA
Tiffany began her ABA career in 2004 as a behavior therapist, drawn in by both data and meaningful change. She holds graduate degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Early Education Policy, and became a BCBA in 2010. A mentor to over 15 BCBAs, she’s passionate about leadership, professional growth, and expanding access to high-quality behavioral care. She’s a Goldman Sachs 10KSB alum and advisory board member for the Center for Women in Enterprise. Tiffany lives for hikes, music festivals, and spontaneous adventures with her son Asher.
Cylvia Masoni, BCBA
President and Founder
Cylvia Masoni, BCBA
Cylvia discovered ABA while babysitting a boy with autism during her education studies, sparking a shift from teaching to behavior analysis. She earned her graduate degree from Endicott while raising three kids and navigating her husband’s Parkinson’s diagnosis. As kin:pathic’s President, she leads with heart, resilience, and a deep commitment to family-centered care. She’s happiest skiing, hiking, and cheering on her twin boys at lacrosse with dogs Ravenna and Mica in tow. Cylvia treasures traveling, family time, and proudly holds the title of one of seven sisters.
Vanessa Gravell, BCBA
Head of School Partnerships and Kickstart Director
Vanessa Gravell, BCBA
Vanessa found her calling volunteering in a choir for neurodivergent children during her music education at UMass Lowell. That life-changing experience inspired her to pursue ABA, leading to nearly a decade as a BCBA and impactful clinical leadership. She launched Kickstart and strengthens school partnerships across NH and MA with strategy, collaboration, and heart. Vanessa lives in New Hampshire with her husband, two children, and two dogs and often travels to Disney World. A trained vocalist, she still finds joy in music, connection, and helping every child find their rhythm and voice.
Lori Goodell, BCBA
Clinical Operations Coordinator
Lori Goodell, BCBA
Lori’s ABA journey began with a chance conversation at a psychology conference in college that led her to an internship, a calling, and ultimately a career she loves. Since 2007, she’s worked across a range of clinical settings in MA and NH, combining deep compassion with scientific precision. Lori joined kin:pathic in 2021 and now blends clinical expertise with operational oversight to help the organization run smoothly. She spent 8+ years supporting children with autism in both in-home and school-based settings, serving as a Case Manager before joining kin:pathic in 2022. Now, as Scheduling Coordinator, Chelsey brings compassion, organization, and firsthand clinical insight to every decision she makes. A Nashua resident, mom of two, and DIY enthusiast, she thrives on family time, playing with her pop Josie, and slowly turning her 1980s house into an HGTV-worthy home.

With a background in business development across New Hampshire and Maine, he was drawn to ABA by kin:pathic’s rare client-first approach. An English major with a minor in Writing, Adam blends strong communication with operational expertise to support both people and process. When he’s not supporting the team behind the scenes, Adam enjoys reading, 3D printing projects, cheering on the Celtics and Patriots, and diving into video games.

Supervising BCBA
Merrill Koontz, BCBA
Merrill’s career began as a middle school science teacher, where she helped students build meaningful connections through creative learning. Her desire to support learners more directly led her to pursue a second master’s degree and become a BCBA 5 years ago. Merrill brings curiosity, empathy, and creativity to every client and team she supports. Outside of kin:pathic, she spends time training horses, exploring photography, and caring for her two dogs. A lifelong New Hampshirite, Merrill grew up on a farm with three brothers and still treasures their close daily connection.
